The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean, ideal for two people with plenty of plug sockets and mirrors to help with getting ready to go out, charging phones, and organizing bags and cases. However, the limited space and the need to get in bed to keep warm took away from my enjoyment.

The staff went the extra mile to assist us and were friendly and attentive, especially the chap serving behind the bar and at breakfast. However, when I needed first aid for an injury, they didn't show the same level of care or concern.

The location was excellent for our visit to Finsbury Park and great for traveling to Central London. Close to the central of London, with two underground lines within reach. However, staff seemed uninterested when there was a need for assistance.
